Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Lancaster County Association of Realtors®. The process begins with the completion of the LCAR Membership Application. Forward the completed application, with payment, to the LCAR office.

LCAR staff will process your application for review by the Board of Directors and notify you via email of your “temporary” log-in and password combinations for both the LCAR website and Flex MLS.

Once the application is approved, Realtor® members are required to complete the New Member Orientation program within the first six months of membership. Orientation is offered once each quarter, at no charge. The session begins at 8:30 am and ends at 4:30 pm. Orientation covers a variety of topics such as Association Info, Code of Conduct, Agreement of Sale, and the Nationally required Code of Ethics class. The date of the upcoming Orientation class will be noted on your welcome email.
