Eric Lehmayer is an Associate Broker with the real estate firm of High Associates, Ltd, Greenfield Corporate Center, Lancaster.

Eric has been in the real estate industry since 1985. He began his real estate career in the commercial and industrial division of Coldwell Banker - Bob Yost, Inc. and received hisAssociate Broker's license and GRI designation from the Pennsylvania Realtors Institute. In 1992, he became a commercial real estate appraiser and earned his state certification as a general appraiser. Eric is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.

Eric  holds a B.S. in Business Administration from The American University. He is active in various community activities and is the chairman of the Zoning Hearing Board of Spring Garden Township, York, PA.
